Vancouver Travelers' Reviews

5Beautiful city

Vibrant city with lots to do and see. Mild weather year round, whenever I visit its never as overcast as everyone says... - Judy  Jan 20, 2019
4Wet Vancouver but still a vibrant location

I travelled to Vancouver for work. As this was not my first visit, I am getting quite comfortable getting around, and the transit is a very easy and very affordable way to get around. I also walked a lot, and really enjoyed the high-density vibrant community. Saying that I a) didn't bring an umbrella (a necessity for my next trip) and b) felt I was high everywhere as so many people were smoking up, morning, noon and night. I particularly liked the lack of chain stores, and the opportunity to discover new interesting stores, with people with a passion for their products, although being a working trip most of this was window shopping than actually spending $$$. The one thing that really surprised me was no Uber. How can a major city not have some form of rideshare? - Victoria  Jan 20, 2019
