Manila Travelers' Reviews

4Manila Food and water

Watch out for food. I got diarrhea for eating food I bought at the mall. Go to more reputable restaurants to eat. NEVER drink from the tap. Drink bottled water. Riding the MRT and LRT is a challenge. It gets too crowded and watch out for pickpockets. take GRAB instead of taxi, so download the app. Use a phone that take 2 SIM cards at a time because certain spots have weaker signals over the other plus cellular companies only give free calls if you're calling the same company like Sun-to Sun, Globe-to-Globe, Smart-to-Smart, etc. Wifi signal is very slow. I used a pocket wifi so 3 devices can connect to it but it heats up, battery drains easily, and sometimes gets weak or no signal. Going to Spas for massage is everywhere. - Dante  Dec 12, 2018
4I love Philipppines

I love Philippines, it was so nice coming home, since theres no place like home. I had great time, visited family and friends. I wish I can come back again next year. - Edna  Dec 06, 2018
