The airline offers unaccompanied minor service for children aged 8 - 17 years travelling without a guardian. The unaccompanied minor service is available on non-stop flights only. The service fee charged for the same is $100 Canadian dollars or U S dollars CAD/USD (plus applicable tax) per child, per direction, regardless of fare type.

The unaccompanied minor service is not available for kids under 8 years of age. The service is mandatory for children between 8 - 11 years of age, and optional for kids between 12 - 17 years of age. Unaccompanied minor service is not available on connecting flights, flights with a stop-over or interline flights.
